Our recruitment process

Our recruitment process below shows you what to expect once you have submitted your application!

Your application

Submit your CV and cover letter for your chosen role.


We review your application. If you are successful, we will contact you to arrange a telephone interview.

Telephone interview

You will speak to our Recruitment Manager and, if applicable, Hiring Manager about your skills and experience. The interview will last about 20 minutes. If it goes well, you will be invited to attend a formal interview!

Formal interview

The Hiring Manager and Recruitment Manager will interview you in person or via Microsoft Teams.

This will take about an hour, dependent on the role being interviewed for, and will allow us to find out more about you and for you to find out more about us!


After your interview, we will review your full application and make that all-important decision!
