Welcome to the GDPR Self assessment

Privacy is the new table stake for any organisation that wants to get into the game of data-driven business. In drawing up the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), its architects had a very clear intention - to rebalance the relationship between individuals and companies when it comes to the ownership, usage and value creation around data.

Understanding what this direction of travel means for your organisation, from the current climate of change through to the new legal framework is critical to ensure you build positive customer relationships, create sustainable data flows and minimise the risk of penalties for non-compliance. It wonʼt be easy. But get it right and youʼll win the support and trust of your customers, driving brand and business value. Good news is that improved processes, new techniques and technology are making the challenge far more manageable.

This straight-forward 12 question self assessment will give you a flavour for where your organisation faces the biggest challenges, and what you can do about them.

You can undertake the assessment as often as you need and can review your past completed assessments by visiting the "my account" link once logged in at the top of the page.
